Terms & Conditions 

By paying date reserving booking fee/ formerly described as “Deposit” (client) agrees on all terms and conditions and enters a new contract with (supplier). Please read ALL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

DEFINITIONS
For the purpose of clarity 
Charlene Campbell - BANG BANG BEAUTY will be herby referred to as (supplier) and person(s) booking required services as (client)

Deposit will be referred to as (Booking fee): Booking fee is a service provided to client prior to the wedding date. It covers but is not exclusive to the cost of holding the wedding date exclusively for the client and for reasonable administration fee for administration and contract processing. This is why a deposit/Booking fee is non refundable or transferable.
For all dates effective immediately.

BOOKINGDate is not secured with enquiry
Requested date is only secured on (supplier) receipt of Booking Fee. 
( Client ) agrees to inform (supplier) of  Booking Fee payment transfer.
Booking Fee is £200.00 and is requested within 5 days of receipt of invoice.
On payment of Booking Fee (client) confirms their understanding and agreement of all terms and conditions laid out by and enters a contract fro services provided with (supplier).
Deposits are NON REFUNDABLE & NON TRANSFERABLE and serve the purpose of (supplier) saving this date exclusively for (client) and stopping any other services being confirmed for that date resulting in a loss for the supplier.
(Supplier) Service prices rise every year. (Client) will receive quote relevant to date of booking. 

PAYMENT 
Payment is requested via bank transfer (supplier) agrees to supply bank details on wedding date invoice.
The remaining balance of the agreed amount between (client) & (supplier) is requested in full 4 weeks before the wedding date stated on contract. 
This includes any rescheduled weddings.

CANCELLATION POLICY 
Cancellation up to six months before the wedding date will result in loss of deposit.
Cancellations between six and three months before the wedding date will be charged 50% of the final remaining balance. 
Cancellations up to three months before the wedding date will be charged 100% of the final remaining balance. 
In rare case of (supplier) being unable to provide services as agreed (supplier) will suggest another recommended available artists. (Client) is not obligated to use suggested available artist.
In rare case of (supplier) being unable to provide services as agreed (Supplier) will refund 100% of payments paid by (client) up to the point of cancelation. 

MANDATORY TRIAL REQUIREMENTS FOR ALL BOOKINGS 
Bride/s Mother of Bride/s Mother of Groom/s & at least 1 Bridesmaid are all required prior to wedding date.
(client) agrees that anyone with any skin issues or allergies arranges a trial prior to wedding date.
Trials are charged at £60 pp. and will be up to 1.5 hours 

All trials take place Mondays - Thursdays
All trials require a non-refundable non-transferable deposit at time of trial booking of £30pp
All final trials are to be booked no sooner than 8 weeks before the wedding date. 
The amount of bridal trials are unlimited and if a bride wishes to try various looks there is no time constraint on how soon they can begin appointments.
If this exceeds the time from your last trial you must book a second trial no sooner than 8 weeks before the new rescheduled date. 

CLIENT OBLIGATIONS
1. (Client) agrees to inform supplier of any allergies skin conditions prior to appointments for all of wedding party. 
2. (Client) agrees that anyone with any skin issues or allergies arranges a trial prior to wedding date.
3. (Client) agrees that (supplier) holds no liability in case of reactions allergies or injuries during the time of services provided 
4. (Client) agrees to provide ample workspace for supplier facing the best possible natural light in the room on the morning of the wedding and if not possible lamps or other adequate lighting. 
5. (Client) agrees to consider and pass on all pre wedding recommendations to bridal party re skin prep, tanning, waxing, tinting etc.
6.  (Client) agree that bridal party all wear open neck clothing morning of the wedding or dressing gown open shirt.7. (Client) agrees (supplier) holds no liability of staining or damage to clothing during services provided.
8. (Client) are responsible where applicable for any extra costs to (supplier) in order to carry out services requested which includes (but not limited to) travel costs including fuel, parking, accommodation if required and previously agreed. Food and refreshments etc. 
9. (Client) must inform (supplier) of any changes to agreed contract. Where time allows further services may be added to contract, however services removed after time of agreed contract will still be charged as per initial agreed contract for services requested.
10. If (Client) wishes to add on packages offered they do not have to be done at time of initial wedding date booking but must allow (supplier) notice of 6 months prior to wedding date to ensure client can block off the time (client) requests.
11. Add on Packages are subject to extra date saving deposit.
12. (Client) is requested to read and respond to all email correspondence from (supplier) where possible within 48 hours.
13. Supplier highly recommends that al clients purchase wedding insurance.
(Supplier) holds the right to terminate agreement if terms and conditions are not met by (client) and obtains the right to hold all payments received up to the time of termination of contract.
